My There was smell come from the AC system for my Avalon years ago, the I asked Woodbridge Toyota to clean the AC system with foam. After the cleaning, no change and the smell still the same. Then I cleaned my self with foam and it worked better than Woodbridge Toyota. After couple of years, because the smell still exist, the I drove to maple Toyota for a same cleaning service that Woodbridge Toyota had done. It worked and the smell are gone.
Remember the Woodbridge and maple Toyota are under same ownership. But they provide different service. I did file complaint to Toyota Canada regarding this issue.
If any friends give me advice, I could avoid Woodbridge toyota
